All orders will be sent within 1-3 business days from Brooklyn, New York, however times may vary. All domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class mail, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped!
Film Pin Society is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages. We strongly recommend purchasing the standard shipping + insurance option so you will be covered in an event of a lost, damaged or stolen package.
We generally cannot accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. In the case of damaged items, (which is rare), Please email us at email@example.com within 14 business days and we will try to resolve it for you.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please contact us and we will work to accommodate your order, however additional shipping fees or an entire reorder may be incurred. In order to verify an incorrectly formatted address we may reach out to you only via email.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone to prevent any fraudulent charges or shady business.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we ship internationally! For International shipping please choose from the calculated shipping options. We generally ship via USPS First Class International (which can take from 7-21 business days).
Please note that international shipments sent via USPS may take a little bit longer to arrive tracking is limited once it leaves the USA.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes (VAT) payable by the customer at time of delivery. Film Pin Society is not not responsible for these duties.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR PINS.
While pins are made of metal, they can still be somewhat fragile, especially the clasps. We make sure to check each clasp before they ship out however over time, they may become loose or not hold as firmly. We are not responsible for replacing these parts, but we can suggest where to find cheap replacements. Thanks for understanding.
