The heart of the Film Pin Society is community and camaraderie. Can you talk a little about that?
Yes, it's important. No matter my opinion of people of their opinions of me, it's the responsibility we choose as storytellers, to bring out the best work while respecting our teammates. It's a long process and we must learn to be patient with each other and accept our differences by educating.
